SPUR is a New York based, direct to consumer, fine jewelry company that specializes in custom heirloom renovations. As a cross-functional leader on the design team and the production team, I developed new processes to scale the business sustainably, into an industry leader in the jewelry renovation space.

On the design team, I ideate bespoke designs for clients by creating engaging, and accurate, digital hand renderings, personally generating over 65% of the company’s revenue. By implementing a company-wide design system with standardized assets that are compatible across multiple platforms, I increased the design team’s output by 10% while maintaining a consistent company aesthetic.

On the production team, I oversee the development of 100+ projects/month, bringing the designs to life. The process reconciles highly-varied heirloom materials (both precious and non-precious) with technical and cost constraints, while ensuring the final pieces are wearable and durable.

In addition, I lead the data analytics on both teams to drive the company’s high level strategies and operational improvements. To streamline the company’s production process, I introduced a new automated production schedule system, which auto-generates timelines and milestones based on project specifications, allowing us to establish and track critical KPIs with minimal manual input.
